Notice of Regatta
Saturday evening will feature encore performances of the Daiquiri Whacker (gas powered blender). It will be producing all kinds of concoctions (NA smoothies too...). Feel free to bring ingredients of your choice! This thing gets pretty good mileage...
Beer, pop, and water will also be available.
After sailing we will have some "lawn games" going.
Saturday Dinner (about 6 pm) will be another "Joyce Special" buffet! Always a crowd pleaser!
We also have a sound system (compliments of Sloan Barbour at Pointe Electronics) and will invite people for "open mic" sessions after dinner. If you're musically inclined and would like to bring an instrument...please do!

The regatta is open to all members of the Thistle Class Association (open regatta).

Some housing is available at local member homes and also on site if you like sleeping on boats (range in size from Cal 20 to J/120). So register early and claim a spot of your preference.

Sunday, June 28, 2008Harbor Start 900 First Warning Signal 1000No warning signal shall be made after 1400 At the finish of the last race of each day, the Race Committee shall display the “beach flag” – a beer mug on a white back ground – to signal that racing is done for the day.
Long Sleeve T-Shirts are available for $14 each, sizes S-XL. Please order shirts with your advance registration as only a limited number will be available at the regatta. The shirts are 100% heavy duty cotton and are LONG SLEEVE.
